- Premium Sampler Grassfed Beef Box - $355 for 25lbs of packaged beef; steaks, roasts and ground beef.
- 25lb Grassfed Ground Beef Box - $9.89lb
- Quarter of a Beef – $1155 for approximately 100lbs of packaged beef you'll get steaks, roasts, short ribs, soup bones, stew meat and ground beef.
- Side of a Beef – $2052 for approximately 200lbs of packaged beef you'll get steaks, roasts, soup bones, stew meat, short ribs, brisket and ground beef.
- Whole Beef – $3850 for approximately 400lbs of packaged beef you'll get steaks, roasts, soup bones, stew meat, short ribs, brisket and ground beef.
Liver, heart, tongue and oxtail are optional. If you would like any of these, please request them at the time of placing your order.
A 25% deposit is required upon placing your order and will be applied to the final cost. Prices
include processing from our certified USDA processor. A 3% fee is charged for credit card payments.
All our beef comes vacuumed sealed for freshness & protection against freezer burn.
We offer free delivery to Pueblo and surrounding areas. Shipping is available (shipping prices vary).
Yield
Hanging weight is typically around 60% of the live weight and after all is said and done, there will be another approximate 25-30% shrinkage from trimming, bones and hydration loss. For example: beef that weighs approximately 1,000 pounds on the hoof will have a hanging weight of about 600 pounds; it will yield a total of about 360 pounds of packaged beef; a side of beef will be ½ of that or about 180 pounds of packaged beef and a quarter of a beef beef is about 90 pounds of packaged beef. At Curtis Ranch we process our steers typically between 1000 & 1200 pounds on the hoof. Curtis Ranch Certified Grassfed Beef is not graded for fat marbling (select, choice, and prime) as we raise it to be low in fat. It is however Premium Quality, really tasty, and healthy!
